That's not exactly true.
You see New fighters are introduced nearly everyday in this wiki and sometimes they get deleted due to inconsistencies, sexuality, and overall jokes most of the time.

I read in his comment section as to why he was there.
The person said it wasn't RWBY without this guy.
I find that as an opinion which is why I'm questioning it.

Oh and I'm using this thread so anyone who would like to introduce a new character to this wiki but is unsure whether or not they should be in this wiki can discuss it with other people

Well I made this thread because I sometimes thought of people who could be added onto the wiki.
The problem was... Could they really be considered fighters?
For Example, if you ever heard of Bug Heroes, I would ask myself...
What tier would the Bugs be?
I doubt they're Tier 11
And I don't think they belong in 10-C.
