Honestly, this isn't all that Paradox-y. Ryu can delete Tronald's profile here, but Tronald can very easily nuke any of us IRL.
 
A smart sucsessful teenager who can delete profiles wouldn't compare to a president with a land mass comparable to china and which more than 5,000 nukes to wipe of humanity itself,
