Keeping a High 1-A alive by viewing him/her as a dream. They die instantly as soon as they aren't viewed as a dream. Is this a higher High 1-A feat, or is it Azathoth-Level feat ?

Yes. More of the Men of Lineage than the Creator... Because rereading the script said the Creator was bound to the Men of Lineage's dream, and Ted Salis oneshotted him once he felt the dream was nothing, along with the other Fallen Stars ( who seemed to be High 1-A too... Especially w/ the new Word of God from DaMatteis ) .
