The thread where we discuss how King Crimson works

It's in his profile, do you want to modify something in specific? If so, based on what?

Sorry but you need to elaborate and give evidence, by that you mean "only Stands not work on Diavolo and KC in the erased time", no? If so then you're not informing that properly. Even ignoring how you need to give evidence.

Sticky Fingers only zipperfies him before time erases. Airosmith's bullets go through him. Despite this,
16 232744 780 1200
He bothered to dodge Mista's Bullets.

King Crimson is unaffected by everything within erased time.

On the flip side, this means he cannot attack anyone within erased time either, which is why we always see him end the skip behind his target AND THEN he donuts them.

This is even in the quote of his profile; "It is only the results that remain in this world! All the actions you take in a world where time is erased are meaningless!" Do actually think that he was in fact referring to only Stand actions? When Stands and everything else in erased time looks the same and even space is warped away? Like, it doesn't even make sense why would time and causality that's erased from the timeline suddenly affect him?

The only thing that makes this confusing is that he somehow manages to attack and then move away really fast while in erased time. Like what he did to Trish, when he swapped his hand with the hand of the psychic, or when he note clipped Narancia in Giorno's body through those bars. I would guess this is via linking 2 spans of erased time together with a very short time frame of activity that he uses to attack.

Yeah if that wouldn't the case all of his match-ups would be stomps and he would 100% beat Pucci.

What everyone else sees: King Crimson acts like a skip button, where only the results remain, open a YouTube video and press the right arrow on your keyboard; that's what the opponent sees when it activates, its like time just jumps a few seconds into the future, and everything around them is just teleporting.

What Diavolo sees: While everyone else is forced to follow what Diavolo had foreseen with his Precognition, Diavolo is the only one that can freely move within King Crimson's erased time and be conscious of his actions, which allows him to relocate himself during this erased time to put himself in an advantageous position; it is also worth noting that Diavolo cannot die or be damaged within the erased time.

I already addressed that. My best interpretation is that he links together 2 erased times. The alternative would be that they were fated to end up like that anyway

I would guess it is for something like people waving their arms while they are running. He doesn't need to, but he does anyway more so out of habit or reflex

He just does that. He doesn't need to, as he did with Risotto, and he's not literally "intangable".

He's not really intangible, it's just that the damage done to him never happened in the first place, since it was erased; that only happens to him, because he is the only one who can move freely during the erased time, if it was anyone else, they would still be hurt; that's how he killed Risotto.

"I just erased 0.5 seconds of time, the entire world within that interval is erased, and only the results after those 0.5 seconds remain. Only the result of you being shot remains, I erased the entire process."

I have always like to make everything clear for any kind of user so no one may be confused on something in the future, but in this case there is nothing we would need to be adding in his profile. We're not saying anything that's not already there and what was tried to be implemented was an unfounded headcanon.

People aren't having a hard time understanding it because it doesn't make sense, but because they don't read the damn explanations given to them.

Diavolo can't affect anyone during erased time. Not Narancia, not Giorno, just Diavolo.

I mean, it is a reasonable confusion to have since there are points where it seems like he does. He is obviously good at screwing with people in erased time, like swapping hits hand with a psychic's severed hand, or clipping Narancia/Giorno into a wall

Wait, If Diavolo cannot interact with objects during time erasure, why isn't he naked during it?
Same way DIO can see in stopped time despite photons and light logically being frozen as well.
He sees reality itself, a necessity for characters who are relativistic and up.

Probably skipped only a small fraction of time, so that shewouldn't notice anything, and phased through the wall within the time-skip...

... Which doesn't explain the pictures not being there...

Or I don't know, use your imagination.

He skipped the part where she cleared them up.
