1) Mikaboshi has more feats than Mandrakk. Mikaboshi destroyed 98% of the multiverse whereas Mandrakk hasn't done the shit.


2) Mandrakk has been defeated just because he falled down into the Overmonitor's void, not because of damage of TR's fists.

1. The amount of feats don't matter there are featless characters with one time apprenances that have done nothing in there series, and can beat character that have been around for 10s of years and have hundreds of feats

2. Make a content revision because they are both the same tier right now (I know you could be a higher version of that tier, but I'm pretty sure Hercule is one of the weaker ones) with Thought robot having way better abilites/hax he stomps
