How quick is this to come out
Paralysis Inducement, Time Manipulation (With the T Corp. Assassination Device. This device paralyzes the victim before using time manipulation to force them to experience 1,000 years within the span of one real time second, ruining the victim's mind)

Blood Manipulation (Capable of increasing the efficacy of blood loss induced by her attacks to a rather extreme degree with her piercing stance and Snake's Prey, causing her to be capable of quickly inducing fatal exsanguination even against heavily augmented fixers),

Two things I'll add to this comment at the beginning:

1. The T-Corp Assassination Device activates instantaneously, but requires two button presses. The first paralyses the target, the second initiates time compression. Olivier failed to use it properly because he was a fool and acted like an anime villain explaining his plan before finishing off his target, which allowed for outside help to intervene. A rookie mistake, consequence of being a fighter and not an assassin. I imagine if Purple Tear wants, she won't fumble like that. Plus, there will be nobody to help Soshiro.
2. Heavily augmented fixers are capable of surviving having their guts melted by soul damage (imagine as if Mahito from JJK had ****** their internals), as well as be decapitated and nonetheless survive for minutes or hours, long enough to receive a transplant into a new, hastily cloned body. Being able to quickly induce fatal exsanguination against them is an insane level of bleeding.

I think he has better skill in combat. He has enhanced invisible slashes that Iori has no way of reacting to, he's got the higher ap, and his arsenal has more diversions and allows for more planning.

Iori can see possible futures with her precog, meaning she is able to know what futures she is cut up in and what is the difference between them. She can react to invisible slashes just fine.
