How does Tall Man's memory manipulation work,illusion creation,astral projection,clairvoyance,and paralysis inducement work? would paralysis inducement even work on The Crooked Man who's some kind of ghost and is non corporeal?

I'm thinking The Crooked Man's non corporeal status will help him and that he will be able to outlast Tall Man if his stamina is limitless (it says it's "likely limitless" on his profile) and eventually kill The Tall Men although that would take a long time,but The Crooked Man could also possess Tall Man,but i want to know what Tall Man's abilities can do first.
