Anyway, really good canidate for High 6C is Cole MacGrath.

Speeds a little low coming in at Mach 1100, but good LORD is he haxed, probably under Kenshiro (Hokuto no Ken) speed Equal and all.

@Saikou Diablo specializes in mind hax, and with paradise time pulls his opponents into his illusion world in which he can make illusions become reality and decide the life and death of people.

Also i distinctly remember rimuru giving his subordinate an item to protect them from yuuki's ability, yuuki's ability overwrites the information on his targets soul and controls them to be able to do whatever he wants, shion also wasn't affected by clayman's ability which targets his opponents souls and controls them that way, meh probably just resistance to soul hax and information manipulation but whatever, diablo himself has mind hax so that's moot, for shion it will probably work on her probably, but i am doubting it as even fodder like ramiris can mind hax ppl and it didn't work on the weakest version of rimuru whom shion and diablo are far above.

Also as i explained above, 7-C is either diablo or shion, since i really don't think mind manipulation will work when even fodder like ramiris has the ability and it didn't do jack to an inferior version of rimuru who diablo and shion are far above.

I said good candidate for a reason, aside from maybe Accelerator he utterly murderizes basically every High 6C

I think you mean downgraded to High 6C, he was High 6A before via scaling from The Beast (inFAMOUS)

It was considered that scaling to a far stronger version of the beast hey never fought was wrong.

Ryuko Matoi is a really weird election, she could be one of the strongest in the Tier 7 ratio, useless she fights a opponent who has a answer for her regen.

And most of the time I will say "one of the=" because assuming "the strongest" is impossible.

i'd say Accelerator is one of the best characters from the pure tier 6 range (you pretty much have a very limited way to kill him)

Lille also comes to mind for the same reason as accel
