The Spot lifting strength downgrade

Pretty quick, The Spot has Class 1 lifting strength for being able to snap necks.

However, Class 1 is reserved to characters who can do it with a single hand, while the scans show him using both arms, which makes the job much easier through leverage and such, and our References for Common Feats page suggests to not give Class 1 who perform such feat with technique and without having other feats backing up such strength.

For this reason, The Spot's Lifting Strength should become Unknown, while keeping the same justification.

Can we list it "At least Athletic Human" then?

The problem is that the feat might even be Peak Human or more, in that other thread I said athletic level because I looked at the AP version of the calc, while the LS one doesn't give any hint.
From what I understand snapping a neck with techique doesn't fall within a precise class.
