The Phoenix force?

Does the Phoenix force have a page of its own here? Or is it merged with the page for Jean Grey?

According to this phoenix is some sort of "ominversal" entity with limitless cosmic energy. Wouldn't this make the it much higher than low 2-C? I've even heard it's similar in power to the Living Tribunal, is that true? The marvel wiki certainly makes it seems so.

Can someone provide clarification on this matter?

I do not think that we have ever had any higher power than Low 2-C confirmed in practice.

Ah so it's never done anything greater than 2-C.
