The Overlord (Ninjago) Nonduality ability

That is the Neoplatonism view, which is basically a Monism argument. That is, it only acknowledges one thing and denies its opposite. Like evil is the absence of good... What I mean here is that it should not be used to argue for dualism because dualism acknowledges the existence of two opposites. In this way, it is clear that things like cold is just the absence of high temperature, ignorance is due to the absence of knowledge (representing knowledgeable) but they are clearly not dualistic.

Yes, but here we have system of two opposites - Evil and Good which represented by The Overlord and FSM\Golden Power\Other characters.

This system, basically, means that evil is opposite of good, not just it's absence. Because in the show it's clearly Evil as the Overlord and Good as FSM, Golden Lloyd e.t.c. which present at the same time, thus making it impossible to say that Evil is only thing that present and Good is absent. Well, this is the reason why Final Battle is happening in the first place.

However, this is just Ninjago's perspective on such thing as a duality.

A small clarification: I am NOT a philosopher and sometimes I may misrepresent my thoughts. Therefore, I think it would be better if I just give you the facts on the basis of which you will make an analysis and come to a conclusion. Okay?

I'm just talking about your argument. I also understand what you mean because based on the OP, Light and Darkness are balance so it should be fine to me. My point is just that I don't think Light and Darkness are dualistic but if it's Good and Evil then yes.

He had another feat with another duality, as he has Golden Power, which should be has Nonduality (Type 1):
1 - Golden Power user is embodies the concept of light not just an ordinary light entity but represents light in a fundamental, conceptual sense for everything in existence (here)
2 - Golden Power Master can control over Destruction and Creation, two opposite forces, representing destroyed and created in a fundamental way, and together, they form the primary dual forces — Destruction and Creation — that make up the Balance governing Ninjago.
3 - Creation and Destruction is the primary conceptions that governs all of creating and destroying: this indicates that the duality between Creation and Destruction is part of fundamental system that controls how existence functions as a whole (here)
4 - Golden Power Master is able to use and even fully blend with Conceptual Creation and Destruction: This is Golden Power unique ability. He is not just a force of light; he can also completely control connected to his force and connected to darkness.
5 - Normally, if a dual system is destroyed, everything that is part of it should suffer. However, Golden Master can still alive without facing any negative consequences (here)
So it should Golden Power Masters has Nonduality Type 1

I have some doubts. As stated here all of Spinjitzu represents Light. This should mean that Destruction and Creation duality is also part of Light.
