The Outsider seems to have the most chance of winning with more hax like Soul, Mind, Time Stop, despite the fact that Disembodied can easily kill it through Size Manipulation so I would say 6/10 for Outsider

I actually need to update the DT's profile, its got a REALLY haxxed BFR, really good mind manipulation, and may be a LOT more powerful than it's currently rated.

Time Stop

Pretty sure Time Stop is useless against people who move without time, a requirement for infinite speed.
