I was asking around and now I wanna know, where are you getting 20 Universes from his page? The only quote that I see in the profile mention alternate timelines is "Hollows are monochromatic objects that flicker in and out of reality, showing alternate versions of an object or a different object entirely, where "time is bleeding into itself" around an object or even a person, like Billie Lurk. Hollows are showcasing alternate timelines of different possibilities, as shown by one of the Hollows being a picture of Billie Lurk flickering between the different alternate timelines that came about due to the events of A Crack in the Slab from Dishonored 2." while the other one is about the many worlds theory thing. I asked my knowledgeable friend about it, and he said that The Outsider's 2-C rating should be 2-3 Universes from the events of A Crack in the Slab. Where is 20 coming from?"If this is accurate outsider and his omnipresence scales to 20 or so
