Koro has the bigger AP, but Morgana has massively more skill...

Tough call. Koro has Mind Charge + Megidolaon, but Mona is a lot more agile. Koro's more likely to go for Agidyne than Megidolaon, so Mona has more chances to tank and heal. Mona can outlast Koro's stamina by just guarding and healing until Koro runs out of SP, since Diarahan costs a hell of a lot less than Megidolaon, and it can't miss.
