The Noise (Pizza Tower) VS Scott Pilgrim (Comics)

Hi, i'm kinda new to this forum and this is my first time making a versus thread between two official characters. So please correct me if i do something wrong.

These are the conditions for the fight:

Speed is equalized.

Both characters have access to all their HAX and equipment.

Fight takes place at N-TV arena.

Since keys/tiers aren't specified, I'll assume SBA and have both characters at their peak.

Anyways, the only thing that the Noise has that would harm (kill in this case) is his largest bombs, which I think wouldn't be very viable here (but idk pizza tower lore so maybe he can easily outrun the explosion). In comparison, Scott just kinda stat stomps.
