Do you refer to Martial Arts?
Jinun is a master, he has trained since he was a child and constantly defeated Douren in his martial battles, even though Douren being able to read movements, and had mastered many combat styles around the world. He alone is more valuable than a thousand troops of highly trained superhuman monks in combat if that is a criterion for good martial too. He also defeated beings with hundreds of years of experience in combat with extreme low difficulty. He also defeated his own son who alone was able to contain an entire army using his melee techniques.
However, I would say that Jinun's focus is on mixing his Martial techniques with his high concentration of spiritual energy, making his strokes more effective and powerful.

Hmm, yeah that's quite good. Orochi has not really shown much outside of very quickly copying Garou's techniques. It's also stated he's a master at martial arts but that alone doesn't hold much weight. So I'll but Jinun above him in skill.
However, Orochi is a lot bigger and has a lot more to work with. I don't think Jinun can deal with his multiple WSRSF tentacles and such.
Do you think his attack reflection will be able to deflect Orochi's huge AoE blast?

Let's see, Jinun is very agile, even when he was not with Nadare awake he was able to easily deal with Danmaku. But against AoE he may have a hard time deflecting with his hands. Either way, he can still create a barrier to decrease The opponent's attack power considerably.
