Resistances yes, hax no, she's just ridiculously strong and can shrug off a good chunk of Sukuna's hax. Either way what does Sukuna have to counter Tao duplicating herself and giving him the Mahito treatment? Because some of his more noteworthy abilities Tao can resist.

Seems like stats are quite important for this matchup, and recently 99% of JJK's stats were deemed as unreliable, therefore the verse's under reforms
So unfortunately the match gotta be on hold for the moment

she doesn't resist cleave or dismantle, and even though she resists heat she can't survive divine flame's ap

sukuna doesn't need hax to hurt her he just spams what he normally spams

Cleave and Dismantle isn't a duraneg like World Cutting slash, the fact it at best was just gutting up Yuji's stomach and he can just power through it means Tao can just power through it like nothing, and given she's stronger than where Sukuna scales, she'll be fine, plus he'd need to deal with Super Tao jumping him and nullifying his healing properties so he'd get shredded up while having to deal with someone ridiculously agile to the point she jumps all over the arena.

Taokaka doesn't have the supernatural willpower necessary to replicate Yuji's feat. Most instances of Sukuna using Cleave and Dismantle on people on his level still cause severe wounds. I highly doubt Taokaka can just stand there and take it when she's less than twice as strong and barely more agile
