Well Look-See can't physically harm Jangly-Man at all thanks to 9-C Look-See being used and Jangly's 9-B durability

I guess thats fair, but aren't The Look-See's claws and teeth piercing weapons? The Jangly Man is very well vulnerable to piercing weapons (as we see him penetrated by bullets in the movie).

But either way my vote is for The Look-See FRA
