I can vote on my own threads so....

The Hydra has a possible AP advantage. (Comparable to the Wither and Ender Dragon to Equal to, if not superior to the Wither and the Ender Dragon.)

The Hydra has one major condition, it needs to open it's mouth to do it's ranged attacks.

While the Hydra is chucking fireballs, the King can stuff his mouth with TNT while he's doing so.

The only time I can see the King losing is that if he's not careful enough and gets hit a few too many times by the flames, or he goes in for melee, where the Hydra eats him alive.
