The hunter scales with her weapons almost 3 times weaker than Zdrada's physique (take into account that she scales above the feat, since it should be superior to whoever performed it), add that to her ability to resist pain (although I don't understand where it comes from, the link in her profile doesn't explain much to me) and Zdrada can basically lunge at the hunter without any major complications (thanks to the fact that they are not that far away from each other) and Zdrada can kill him with one blow or one blade (because according to the profile the girl has a knife).

Zdrada wins (at least I think)

He can still win sometimes by shooting her multiple times correct? (It’s a semi auto rifle)

Is that correct, all of hunter’s guns are semi-auto btw, this rifle can shoot 14 times by rapid pressing the trigger
 
This one reminds me of a previous match - Hunter vs Beast. There I put in question whether the obstacles would pose any problems to Hunter, and the consensus was that they won’t. Here, the obstacles are more prominent and the range is reduced, but everything else is very similar. Close vs long range and all. Leaning towards Hunter.

There are massive differences here.
In that match, they fought in a medieval village with a lot of room to move around and Hunter can oneshot Beast. They also started far enough away for him to take cover and effectively capitalize on his range advantage.
Here, they're fighting inside the ruins of an ancient temple with many obstacles to navigate and Zdrada can tank Hunter's bullets. They also start so close that they might accidentally walk right into each other
