So, The Hexahedron (FEZ) is rated as High 2-A for being 5-D.

Yet its durability is rated High 3-A durability wise due to dying to a universe bust.

I don't really need to explain what's wrong here. Either we ignore it dying as PIS and upgrade its dura to High 2-A, or we downgrade its AP due to it not being truly 5-D.

Since it does deal with a tier 2, I'll highlight it even if the verse itself is small.

they are the most strange profiles I have seen of the wikia .... may be better deleted OR that someone who knows the verse well revises this

Gomez should probably be 11-A and the Hexahedron should remain High 2-A. High 2-A dying to a High 3-A attack is most likely PIS, or the author not knowing what he was doing.

It might be best if we delete the profiles, given that they do not fit into our tiering system, and are not particularly notable/important.

I'm fine with treating the Hexahedron dying to the universe dying as just PIS and giving it High 2-A Dura as well.

How do dimensions work in FEZ? Our dimensional system bases qualifications for "higher dimensions" on the concept that higher dimensions are infinitely larger and more complex spatial planes and not axes of movement and range (Well I hope, would make it less abusable). Perhaps FEZ writes dimensions as in dimensional axes of movement with no pertinence to higher infinite planal dimensions as we define it?

Possibly. Or maybe they do not give it any deeper thought. In any case, it does not seem to fit into our system.

Okay, reading it, it says it has such durability because it takes one space-time to destroy. Time is its on special type of dimension and not a "fourth dimension", and technically our universe has 10 spatial dimensions + 1 temporal dimension. So maybe its possible he was killed by a 5-Spatial dimension + 1 temporal dimension level blast?

Well, our multiverse has that many dimensions, as far as I have read, whereas the universe has 4, but there are likely conflicting scientific theories regarding the subject.

Okay. Given the contradictions, and the assumed difference in how dimensionality works in FEZ and on our wiki, I guess I agree he should be downgraded to high 3-A. However, I think he is still 5-D (FEZ simply uses dimensions in a diverging way to ours) and his range should stay the same, given that one thing higher dimensionality will always promise regardless of theory is multiversal+ or higher range.

Well, I personally still prefer to delete the profiles.

If it has no High 2-A feats and only a statement that is contradicted by being destroyed alongside a single space-time continuum, the statement should be considered hyperbole imo. Granted, I don't know the verse so maybe there is just something that i'm missing

I don't find it to be hyperbole, rather it to be subscribing from a diverging system of dimensional theory, which is incompatible with ours and thus must either be given special treatment or more preferably deleted.

I know I am not speaking for the whole wiki here, but I deem profiles like the Hexahedron be deleted for the time being, until we deduce and answer to such problem which may permit their profiles.

I'm against the idea of deleting it just because the author doesn't know how higher dimensions work.

Still, an inaccurate statement is about as useful as a hyperbole really. We shouldn't consider it if it contradicts the established scale of their powers.

I'm also pretty sure that in general we don't accept higher dimensional statements without feats on a similar level

Actually, the concepts FEZ seems to show is more accurate to dimensional systems presented by professional scientists than what is shown in I/O or the like. Most writers in fiction, however, don't subscribe to the more accurate models, and as inconsistent most verses' dimensional theories are from real life quantum theories, they still are more prominently and commonly used than realistic models and we should use infinite hierarchal dimenional planes for tiering power instead of the systems used by scientists.

This is a case where a work of fiction does not follow the more common system seen in other fictional verses and used by VBW, in which we delete it at the time being due to no way to deal with it.

@Kaltias

We tend to rate higher-dimensional characters by our system unless the inherent scale and nature is directly contradicted.

I honestly would be in favor of just deleting the verse for now, given that no one seems to support the series. Someone more knowledgeable could re-create them later.

Yes, agreed. If you post links to the profiles that need to be removed here, I can handle it.

Never mind, I found them.

I have deleted the pages, and think that this thread can probably be closed, with the highlight removed.
