Frisk is anomaly in many ways, if you played the game you know why they are stronger than others humans

These Humans defeated Asgore which is far stronger than Undyne which is far stronger than Tsunderplane which created multiples 2 kilotons attacks at the same time, while spider man best feat is only 1.2 kilotons

Then both votes can't be counted because webs will not stop Spiderman from being killed by something which ignore his dura and normally is stronger than him

ignore dura? since when does papyrus's blue attack does only turn the soul blue, unlike sans, he does not use telekinesis, making that an easily ignore able reason

Thunders plane is just a creation from alphys that looks like a plane and it's realistically the same size as any other monster, and if it was as powerful as that it would've probably killed you when it blew up, so...

and note that undyne is also stronger then papyrus, because he is in training, but since humans and monsters got peace now, will papyrus really expect this? to fight a human-like someone?

Soul Manipulation can easily bypass durability, and can be considered as a One Hit Kill if the opponent has no defense against it (either by not being a living being or being soulless)

spider man does have defense for that, his own webs, as spider webs allow spiders to get pulled on, and frisk survived soul manipulation

spidey will get stuck on the webs, defensive to soul manipulation, while papyrus does not really damage for that, but sans does, just learn that once

I think he means that in a 3D perspective, he can avoid them via y'know... walking in a direction perpendicular to the bones' path.

No, what I'm saying is that the bones are not 200 ft wide then you look at them from a frontal view. Spiderman doesn't have to jump over them...
