First off, that seems more like Causality Manipulation, and Godmodder in this key is resistant to Plot Manipulation from the Narrative and Update Terminal; while the Update Terminal can choose whether or not certain events go through and can make plot developments to counter them, the Godmodder's actions are not controlled by the Narrative and he can only be responded to, not controlled.
