Well, Great Spirit Teridax has always its previous powers. However, he don't have access to all its previous abilities. and unless the fight takes place inside the Great Spirit Robot, Teridax can not use most of the powers of the Great Spirit such as fate manipulation or soul manipulation just gravity and energy beams and most of its previous abilities.
