Well, there's no calc for High 7-C Barry (it comes by scaling from his 7-C form), so, let's just assume he's baseline (100 Kilotons), which is around the same level of AP as Rainbow Dash (117 Kilotons), so, they should be similar in stats. I guess Rainbow Dash could overwealm him with explosions and weather, so, I'm going with her for now, but I still want to see what other people think.

It comes from his most recent speed feat. I'm making revisions to the speed calc I did to incorperate kinetic energy.

After thoroughly triple-checking. He's not Low 7-B. Almost, but not quite. This means he definitely ain't borderline High 7-C either lol.

The KE I got from his speed was about 0.96 Megatons. Of course, it's still in the process of being evaluated.
