The Executioner vs The Man Who Has Never Lost

I think speed unequal makes this a bit more interesting personally

Overall though my response remains the same on this. I give it to Akoya either way. Even assuming speed is not equal, Shobun is a monster but he's not that much faster than Akoya and he likely won't be able to blitz given Akoya's ridiculous reaction speed. Power wise Shobun may be far above 9-A but Akoya is decently into 8-C and has some good defensive techniques. His stamina is also really good as well. This fight would go down to the wire but the strongest cop in Japan will come our victorious.
 
I'll do speed unequalized, I was thinking about doing it since it would be interesting to see Hand Pocket vs Akoya's bananas reflexes, but wasn't sure if his reflexes may make it a stomp

It's defiantly a really interesting match. You could argue this both ways and I'd believe you. I believe Akoya scales to above Mach 5 if I remember his calc and Shobun is around Mach 6.8 so it's not too far apart at all.
