I didn't say Durandal was only that strong against dragons, I'm saying that Ninian being oneshotted could be explained because it's STRONGER against dragons on top of that (and Cutscene Power, potentially), many things point to the weapons being powerful before the anti-dragon bonuses

Also, I've been thinking about it for a while, would Durandal possibly give Eliwood some form of Instinctive Reaction? Given that it forced him to attack Ninian (of course, he probably would've anyways) and Eliwood describes it as his body moved on its own (Of course, this only means he'll Auto-fight dragons and isn't just gonna go full Ka Ka Ka Ka Kachi Daze on anyone)

Sounds like the Divine Weapons might have minds of their own IMO, he basically mentions that the Durandal was the one controlling him.

Not that it changes anything either way, but he did say that he felt that Durandal was "guiding his arm"

I think changing the Ending Winter feat to Unknown is fine, given that we clearly don't have all the details.

I don't really know about the math that goes into Fire Emblem profiles, but what was Roy's continent shaking feat rated at?

No to Instinctive Reaction since it was more Durandal forcing Eliwood to slay Ninian than actual combat.

Said Continent shake hasn't been found (or calced) and I'm fine with not giving Eliwood Ultra Instinct IR

To be honest, I'm not even sure if shaking the continent ever really happened. By the looks of it, it was just the sealed energy of the Dragon's tower was released, and that was what caused it's destruction. It sounds like someone a while back mostly just assumed the entire continent was shaking, when all that really happened was the Dragon's tower collapsing.

Oh wait, actually I found closest thing to the Shook the Continent statement, but there's a catch. Transcript from the World map at the beginning of Chapter 23 Bern surrendered with King Zephiel's death. The great war that shook the lands of Elibe was over. That sounds more like flowery language rather than a literal Earthquake sort of thing. So I guess Unknow is the best option we got.

So do we still need more input, or can this be applied? On topic, we could I think we could go ahead and apply the conclusions of this thread while we're at it. Which was the removal of Weather Manipulation, and an alteration and notable limitation/weakness for Sword of Seals, Sealing ability.
