I guess you haven't read the standards for what qualify tier 1 here. Eminence in shadow cosmology can scale to 2-B (Countless worlds). Which is if we consider each world having their own infinite space-time. There is no other information about other worlds structures yet.

There is no infinite. It seems to be mistranslation on your scans, check the official English translations. Even in the raws, the kanji used is this 無数.

I advise you to read the standards first on what makes a 5D in this site.
