Technically, it's not actually applicable. It just comes from the fact that some of the killers were dead on arrival and the entity revived them. They have never demonstrated it being used in the trials so it's not combat applicable.

Plus canonically, the Entity is known to torture her failed killers so if he dies, he's still screwed

He can electrocute his opponent. Carter's Spark is faster than any projectile in the game and it's almost instantaneous. It inflicts madness and is one of the haxes that are actually combat applicable
