Dabura is High 4-C, the storm king has 4-B AP with Low 6-B dura, speed is equalized.

I'm no mlp expert but what's stoping the demon king from catching the storm king off guard with a spit that turns the storm king into stone.

He could also just Ki blast that’s dodgeable or the storm king could also oneshot with a blast or throw an obsidian orb.

I mean both have the ability to one shot the other with regular attacks, both can petrify the other.
But I think the Storm King has the advantage with his telekinesis and magic absorption. He could just Ragdoll Dabura and toss him around til he dies or hold him in place to hit him with an orb. And he could drain Dabura’s magic/life force to leave him powerless.
