the Trooper has better durability, range and porbably intelligence, i see the Trooper able handle way better in h2h too imo

Seems to go to Death Trooper FRA, though I think it's a bit closer.

I'm just going to clear up some misconceptions here. I'm not sure if the Death Trooper has better durability considering that Jesse's Wall level section scales to Billy. Both have close to equal range (Kilometers at max). As for intelligence and skill, I see the Death Trooper as being more generally intelligent with Billy not too far behind, considering that he created his own weapons far more advanced for his time. I'm not sure if the Death Troopers have any better skill feats either.
