The Conductor VS Tapu Koko

conductor would probably destroy tapu with his ap. conductor might get paralyzed by tapu's attacks, but even then he'd probably tank the damage that tapu could put out while he's paralyzed. the defense reduction tapu has could make conductor damageable, however.

Conductor oneshots. Any way Tapu can counter?
Tapu Koko can use moves like

Power Swap which swaps its attack and special attack with its opponent's, if Tapu Koko gets lucky it could land a paralysis which can stop the Conductor, Mirror Move can allow him to copy the Conductors moves, Flight give Tapu Koko a greater way to avoid The Conductor.

if he uses Power Swap Wouldn't that allow Tapu Koko to One-shot the Conductor instead

he might be able to use power swap to do that.

mirror move wouldn't do much other than letting him mimic conductor's attacks, which doesn't translate directly to AP.

paralysis wouldn't help much other than buying time for power swap.

conductor can jump pretty high so flight might only help a little.

Conductor can easily avoid attacks by jumping far distances and keeping mobility. He can then proceed to strike the Pokemon down with a single slash from his knife, or summon several to accomplish the job.

so a stomp for the Conductor

No I think it's fair, it just matters on who hits first. I was just coming up with an argument for Conductor.

I suppose the Conductor takes this. He can use Acrobatics to avoid any incoming attack, and use a single knife blow to take Tapu out.
