I'm not sure if Yuri can win with the speed gap being so big. Power wise and skill wise he has what it takes but assuming speed isn't equal I'm gonna go with Ippo for similar feats of power but much better combat speed feats.

Is non equalized speed a stomp or just decisive?

I'm not too sure on if it's a stomp. Are Ippo's transonic punches like a one time thing or can he throw them out like nothing? If it's the later I'd say it's a stomp.
