Do we know how many dimensions the Toymaker has? The Naljians said that their are only 26 dimensions that matter, which implies that they are well above 26-Dimensions

We know that the Toymaker is far, far stronger than the Great Intelligence, who is slightly stronger than Saraquazel, who is 27-dimensional. We have proof that the Naljians are at least 26-D, and we have proof that the Toymaker is at least 27-D. Closest match of the lot, but Toymaker wins based on what we know.
