The Bogeyman vs Mothman (GRACE)

Fear Manipulation, Enhanced Senses, Madness Manipulation (Type 2, possibly 3), Non-Corporeal, Darkness Manipulation, Empathic Manipulation, Abstract Existence, Shapeshifting, Immortality (Type 1, possibility 8; Said to be the concept of fear, existing as long as there is fear), Teleportation, Intangibility, Invisibility

vs

Flight, Teleportation (basically used for BFR), Mind Manipulation, Heat Manipulation, Non-Corporeal, Shapeshifting, Disease Manipulation, Dream Manipulation, Selective-Visibility, Perception Manipulation, Illusion Creation, Can cause people to go into a lulled trance, Fear Manipulation, Clairvoyance, Precognition, Memory Manipulation, possibly Probability Manipulation, Telepathy, and Biological Manipulation

So neither can harm the other physically via Non-C, both have ways of seeing through the other's invisibility (BM via enhanced senses and IC/MM via Clairvoyance and Precognition), and BM can't be killed by an accident or something Indrid causes (Indrid Cold is the film version of Mothman). IC does have ways to incapacitate BM though. Mind Manipulation, effect BM's memories, put him in a lulled/passive state, or BFR him after putting him in a lulled state or wiping his memory of the encounter so the creature has no reason to return and doesn't know where to teleport to.
