R12 is where things start to get interesting. for scenario 1. For scenario 2 and 3 it depends how you want her oddity slaying blade to work against other vampires- since in-universe it's a sort of durability negating weapon that should be super effective on characters like Hellsing(yes I know he's not here- but he's the type it should work best against with mist forms and spiritual abilities)..

Remilia is fast and strong but her real power is pretty undefined so it's hard to use her for this.. Also if you give Kiss-shot prep she can turn humanity into slaves in just a few days only biting a few humans and letting the vampirism spread. Lot of heavy hitters from R12 and on but kiss-shot can regenerate from a speck of blood or a particle of ash(her former subordinate was completely turned to ash and still regenerated 400 years later after his own ashes from his constantly regeneraing body ended up giving him shade from the sun-) And as the strongest vampire(stronger than her original master by far-) she can regenerate faster than her blood hits the ground. And of course all of her feats have been super casual as she has never utilized her full power in the novel or animated series- but brags about being able to run around the earth in seconds as well- but can't take that seriously.


Anyone under R12 loses in all 3 scenarios due to her Regenerationn and her conceptual weapon. For ranged she's able to use eye power or transform/split- turn to mist and reform in other locations so running wouldn't work for anyone in the lower rounds. And personally, Shalltear and Ruminas should probably have swapped locations. And with her h4x she might be even more of an opponent than what we know of Remilia as well.

I agree with this, i'd say she'd stop somewhere near shalltear/ruminas as well. No arguments there.
