Other than that, their stats are pretty much equal to each other

Their stats are quite similar, as are many of their hax, but The Arisen seems to have far more defenses against The Champion's hax than vice versa. I cast my vote for The Arisen.

Personally I think it's a tie, due to their immortality and hax. BTW, can someone update the champion's page listing all his abilities? I'd do it myself, but the page is locked.

Uh... "Full Power", Champion is Tier 2.

I'm assuming that you mean Champion on Cyrodil, right?

Then he takes this due to huge versatility.
