Ok so Nano is faster, even if we say Thanos is as fast as the Carno's fastest speeds, the way I understand it he is still slower. Also since it takes place in NY stealth isn't an option. Thanos is bigger, but it might end up being who bites first. I am going inconclusive at the moment. Thanos is bigger and possibly physically stronger, Nano is smaller, a bit faster and may have a better bite. Actually nvm going with Nano. Rushes in and crushes Thanos' spine/neck.

I'd say it's enough of an even fight to call it an incon, but I'm going with Nano cause Thanos' bite might not actually be enough to reliably kill an animal of roughly its own size.
