Thanos vs Doomsday

Thanos via his greater variety of Hax and via being consistently shown to pimpslap most opponents of heavy hitter status of the Marvel universe effortlessly (which, if I understand correctly, should be somewhat comparable to DC heavy hitters).
 
Thanos would take this.

I don't believe that Thanos can really kill Doomsday, given that latter's comparable AP/Dura, Regenerationn and reactive evolution. However, Thanos has enough defenses to stall Doomsday out if he ever needed to and has hax to deal with him.

Petrification, Sealing, Life Manipulation...and if none of that work, Thanos justs BFR's Doomsday and let him be someone else's problem.
 
Without Infinity Gauntlet and etc. Thanos isn't able to kill Doomsday (if you want to kill Doomsday forever, you must disintegrate him at subatomic level, and Thanos isn't able to do this without any artifacts), he can only destroy him for some time. After that, Doomsday will regen and they shall start fighting again and again)))
 
Thanos only needs to incap him for a day to count as a victory by SBA.
 
Thanos consistently beats the Marvel 4-Bs without too much effort. Like how he beated 2 Thors at the same time. Thanos is actually more comparable to the DC 4-Bs lol.
