In the scan moondragon attempts to read Adam Warlock's mind, Thanos tells her she can't because during the time Adam was in control of it he made it to where no one in the "Watch" mind would be tampered with. The Watch is basically a group of people including Draxx, Adam Warlock, Gamora. Possibly more.

However when attempting to read Thanos's mind she questions why can't she. He replies "I'm Thanos".

Such a juicy scan.
