Tex Willer Profile Revamp

I think this should be pretty non-controversial, but to conform to the wiki's new translation and reference standards, and to make a significant upgrade to profile quality, I'd like to put in place the profile rewrite I've done.

This is the rewrite, this is the old profile. Most of the changes are on the "Feats" section.

With this, I'd also like to know if it'd be good to keep regularly updating the profile as I find new feats and manage to reference more feats.

The rework is really good, the feats section is fine and the new abilities are also good.

The only thing that should eventually be made is a translation blog for text-based scans. Imho the change is fine to be applied as long the blog will come, but others might have objections.

Also, updating the profile overtime is fine, but things that would change his statistics, add new abilities and everything that would be controversial has to approved in a CRT.

Oh, I did the translation blog, I think I just forgot to add onto the profile. Here it is! There are some stuff that I haven't translated yet but most things in the main profile body are there.

eh, it's an obscure series, doubt you'll get any. maybe bump a few times but you've got staff approval, it's probably fine to add
