Well, he still has Heartless Angel.
 
Would Heartless Angel stop Testament's Regenerationn from working?

Sephiroth seems to have the edge here via flight, stat amping when near death, and heartless angel.
 
I suppose I can count that for now. Would still like to know if Heartless Angel allows him to bypass/disable Testament's Regenerationn for a kill, though.

Testament has also fought and defeated two characters who can fly, and has magic attacks, summons and hemomantic traps specifically designed to combat airborne opponents. I feel like I should point that much out.

EDIT: He also has a homing attack that seems to be missing from his page for some reason. Wonder why that is...
