I'm thinking of comparable Vampires I can use to put against her, like Shinobu from monogatari.

She hasn't been in a proper fight where we can see all her abilities to make a LN version, all we know is as a True Demon Lord she would scale to 6-C Rimuru, and she has the common vampire skills such as ultra-speed Regenerationn, shadow manipulation, mesmerize, paralysis, fear manipulation, blood manipulation etc.

Also she has death manipulation. I guess that's a fair bit to go off but it still hasn't been revealed what her ultimate skill is in the LN though obviously it's gonna be the same as the WN, i just think we need to see her in an actual fight before doing anything.
