Two TOAA's are impossible. Their can only be 1 ture Omnipotent. Fulcrum said that he and Tiamut (Dreaming Celestial) are equal. Tokimi should be able to beat Tiamut, and then Fulcrum should be easy.
 
though I hate to admit it but tenchi muyo will defeat marvel, because the TOAA and kami tenchi are equals so their fight will be a draw and the choushins will defeat the rest of marvel .
