I somehow struggle to make sense of this Let's say that the verse has Infinite Timelines and Character A can destroy Time.

Would this be 2A?

If it is I don't understand isn't destroying time just destroying the temporal Dimension of time? Or is it that these Timelines are in the Temporal Dimension of time itself?

Depends, sometimes a character is only affecting time in a localized area, other examples are when Timelines are considered separate , so destroying time may only be effecting a single Timeline and not all of them.

It really just depends on context.
