In all seriousness, Tauros is capable of pulverizing/violently fragmenting boulders a good amount larger than itself instantly. I suspect that being somewhere in tier 9-B or 9-A.

Plus Tauros are stated in the Pokedex to charge and topple thick trees as a means of calming themselves down
