It's not a stomp as there are four on one with Ruby being able to move faster with her semblance, Blake can use her illusions, Yang can straight up fight or tag, and Weiss has her glyphs for long ranged attacks. And they still have access to Dust, which makes it even more difficult for Tatsumi to figure out what they'll do.

Tatsumi is still much stronger and more durable, they cant do anything to him even with all of that. The only way they could even hope to beat him is with Silver Eyes but Ruby has no control over it.

In his strongest form, Tatsumi can one-shot anyone in the verse and no-sell all of their attacks. So yes, it would still be a stomp.

The only one even close to him in actual power currently is the Grimm Dragon

They can only deal chip damage, at best. And he can one-shot them. Grimm Dragon is the only one that would be a fair fight.

Evolved Incursio pre-merge makes this closer but Tatsumi can still take out everyone unless they have nukes (which even Atlas has never been shown to have or at least, have used).
