And anything shiki hits Tatsumi with will only work once he resist it the next time.

And anything shiki hits Tatsumi with will only work once he resist it the next time.
So yes it is a stomp in Tatsumi favor and should be closed.

What, no? Shiki is physically 7-B in this key in all stats, and his gravity is 3000x baseline class M. Unless Tatsumi has feats of his LS becoming 3000x stronger then no he doesn't resist.

Atm all Shiki needs to do is make all of Tatsumi's equipment so heavy Tatsumi can't lift it. Shiki's attacks can also ignore dura if he wants.

At least Class K, likely Class M (Threw the Kurenai Dragoon), up to likely Class G with Overdrive (Shiki's Incomplete Overdrive is far stronger than his Base Form. Shiki's Complete Overdrive should be able to withstand the weight of his gravity, which could stop the movement of Seven Space Dragons) | Class G (Withstood Shura's gravity and managed to match it with his own), higher with Overdrive (Far stronger than his Base Form)
