Probably Tatsumi, due to being a better fighter and having things like enhanced senses, which may or may not give him an edge, but hey, it’s an another advantage for him.

Okay ,so

Tatsumi's enhanced senses only really apply to spotting hidden enemies, they're not going to be that useful in combat. Also infinite, Tatsumi doesn't have reactive evolution in this key, this is just his base form. And under SBA, they start within a few meters of eachother, so Stealth isn't going to be very useful for Tatsumi, especially since he's more of a straight-up swordfighter. ALso, Roy does start with a Vulnerary in his inventory, so he has a few uses of healing himself during the fight.

Are we taking into account roy's skills that he's shown to be able to use in things like Fire Emblem Awakening?

Roy is also a master swordsman, though. He's just as good if not better at close range combat. And the nehanced senses aren't the type that help Tatsumi in a fight.

I feel this is just a Tatsumi FRA thread just for the sake of it, also because Roy's profile is just so incomplete in general. However, on that particular note, Roy is by far the more skilled fighter, not only way higher on par with their opponents that have far higher experience and skill that Tatsumi's, (especially on his High 8-C key were his skill isn't noteworthy as his latter keys), Roy's arsenal such as vulnerability and more tactical fighter would be higher than Tatusumi's AP.
