Is Koko's speed advantage neutered by the effects of the terrain Lele brings in?

I would say so. That orwe get some kinda wierd merger with both fields effects active. Honestly I'm leaning towards Lele 6/10 for Draining Kiss and Flatter. Without TMs Koko has no healing and confusion will really wittle it down. Add to that, some of Koko's best moves have recoil, so that's even more damage.
